Marek Pärtel
Founder & Chairman
Marek Pärtel is a real estate entrepreneur and investor with over a decade of experience across European property markets. As co-founder and chairman of EstateGuru, he helped build one of Europe's leading property-backed lending platforms — connecting more than 160,000 investors across the continent and financing hundreds of millions in real estate projects across eight countries.
His work spans the intersection of real estate, technology, and finance — from pioneering tokenized real asset platforms through Nestor Exchange to advising on institutional-grade property investment structures. A graduate of Estonian Business School, Marek has represented Estonia's proptech ecosystem at the World Economic Forum and is consistently recognized as one of the country's most influential voices in finance.
With VAIB REAL, Marek brings this experience to a more personal mission: developing places where architecture, wellness, culture, and long-term value converge. His conviction is that the most enduring real estate assets will be those designed around human wellbeing — not just financial yield.
